Peugeot Delivery & Return Locations

France

You can collect and return your Peugeot vehicle at the following locations in France for FREE:

Basel-Mulhouse Airport

Pick-up: Go to the Europcar desk in the arrivals hall on the French side, next to the escalators to arrange collection of your vehicle.

Drop-off: Please return your vehicle directly to Europcar's carpark at Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg Airport.

Directions:

By Car: Take the highway A35, exit no. 36.

By Bus:

  • From Mulhouse railway station: Take the train to Saint-Louis and then the airport shuttle.
  • From Colmar: Airport shuttle bus
  • From Basel railway station (Basel Bahnhof): Line 50
  • From Freiburg: SBG-Airbus

Bordeaux Airport

Pick-up: On arrival, please contact the agent by phone and go to the information point in Hall B.

Drop-off: After you return the vehicle at TT Service, you'll be returned to your departure terminal in a TT Service / Peugeot Open Europe courtesy shuttle bus.

Pick-up: Upon arrival and after collecting your luggage, please contact MDS Bordeaux to arrange your meeting point and transfer to the collection centre. A Peugeot Open Europe Representative will wait for you for up to 1 hour after the actual arrival time of your scheduled flight and 30 minutes after the time of the appointment.

Drop-off: Please return to MDS Bordeaux 170 Avenue de l’Argonne 33700 Mérignac. A MDS courtesy minibus will take you to the airport and leave you as close as possible to your departure terminal.

Brest Airport

Pick-up: Proceed to the Arrivals Hall of Brest Airport. The Peugeot Open Europe Representative will be waiting for you with a Peugeot Open Europe sign.

Drop-off: The drop-off is on parking P2. Ensure you are in the left lane after the last roundabout. Park next to the central lawns.

By Car: From Brest: N 12 exit Brest-Guipavas Aéroport

By Tram-Bus: From Brest Railway Station: Tram to "Porte de Guipavas" + airport shuttle

Calais Airport

Pick-up: Make your way to the Home Travel Inglard counter which is facing the arrival of pedestrians on the ground floor of the car ferry terminal in Calais.

Drop-off: Park the car in the visitor parking and introduce yourself at the Home Travel Inglard counter which is facing the arrival of pedestrians on the ground floor of the car ferry terminal in Calais.

Location:
Terminal Car Ferry / Shipping Station, 62100 Calais. Facing the arrival of pedestrians on the ground floor of the car ferry terminal. 

Geneva Airport

Pick-up: On arrival, after passing customs, you must take the "France Exit". Then contact The Peugeot Open Europe Representative via mobile phone or a payphone France Telecom/Orange on the left after the glass door. You will then be met and taken by minibus MDS Genève to the collection location. A Peugeot Open Europe Representative will wait for you for up to 1 hour after the actual arrival time of your scheduled flight and 30 minutes after the time of the appointment.

Drop-off: Please return your vehicle to the address below. A courtesy minibus will then take you to the airport and leave you as close as possible to your departure terminal.

Important:
To use Swiss highways, it's compulsory to buy a pass. On pick-up or drop-off when coming through the French side of the airport, you are not obliged to buy this pass if you are not using Swiss highways. Geneva Airport (French side) closes its doors at 10 pm.

Lyon Airport

Pick-up: Take the shuttle bus "Location de voitures" (car rental) at gate 27 in Terminal 2. Get off at the 2nd stop "Europcar". Shuttle times listed below.

Drop-off: Drop your vehicle off in the Europcar carpark situated in the airport's "Location de voitures" (car rental) area.

Shuttle Bus Schedule: Every 6 minutes from 7:30am to 9:30am and 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Every 10 minutes from 5:30 am to 7:30 am, from 9:30am to 6:00pm and from 8:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Every 15 minutes on weekends and holidays.

Directions:

By Car: Take Highway A43 onto Highway A432 towards Lyon - Saint-Exupéry. At the entrance of the airport, follow the "Location de voitures" (Car Rental) signs, and then the Europcar signs.

By Bus: From Lyon Part-Dieu or Lyon Perrache train stations, take Satobus to the airport.

In Terminal 1: Go to Gate 27 in Terminal 2 to take the shuttle bus at "Location de voitures" (Car Rental). Get off at the second stop: "Europcar."

In Terminal 2: Take the "Location de voitures" (Car Rental) shuttle bus at Gate 27 in Terminal 2. Get off at the second stop "Europcar."

Marseille Airport

Pick-up: Upon arrival, contact the Peugeot Open Europe Representative by phone. You will be picked up in the S.E.A. / Peugeot Open Europe shuttle near the exit doors and driven to the Peugeot Open Europe reception centre. A Peugeot Open Europe Representative will wait for you for up to 1 hour after the actual arrival time of your scheduled flight and 30 minutes after the time of the appointment.

Drop-off: Go to the park S.E.A. / Peugeot Open Europe, drop-off area, Zone des Salins, route de l’Aviation-Generale. The shuttle S.E.A. / Peugeot Open Europe will take you back to the airport. The Representative will wait for you for up to 30 minutes after the time of the appointment.

Directions:

By Car:

  • From Marseilles: Highway A55, then highway A7, then departmental route D20 (towards Marignane), and departmental route D 20 (towards Marseilles-Provence airport). Turn right at large airport traffic circle and turn right at second street.
  • From Salon-de-Provence or Avignon: Highway A7, Aéroport Marignane exit. Turn right at large airport traffic circle and turn right at second street.
  • From Aix-en-Provence: Departmental route D9, then departmental route D20 (to Airport). Turn right at large airport traffic circle and turn right at second street.

By Bus:

  • From Saint-Charles railway station in Marseilles: 30 minutes by shuttle, departures every 20 minutes.
  • From the TGV railway station in Aix-en-Provence: 20 minutes by shuttle, departures every 30 minutes.

Montpellier Airport

Pick-up: Go to the “AUTORAPIDO” counter in the rental building situated in the Rental Car park.

Drop-off: Drive into the Car Rental car park and park your car in the spaces reserved for AUTORAPIDO (at the end of the car park in the direction of the way out).

Directions:

  • By Car: Departmental road D66 (heading towards La Grande-Motte).
  • By Tram, then Bus: From the bus station, take the tram, direction Odysseum, to the stop Place de l’Europe. Then the shuttle to the airport which runs every 45 minutes.

Nantes Airport

Pick-up: On arrival, after customs control, please call us 0688249646, we will then come with our UCAR-ALTERPARK shuttle and collect you just in front of hall 1. Arriving from TGV-SNCF railway station, take the south exit Sud. The public shuttle (navette aéroport €8/person.). Is at your service to go to the airport. On your arrival at the airport, please call us 0688249646, we will then come with our UCAR-ALTERPARK shuttle and collect you just in front of hall 1.

Drop-off: Return your vehicle to the address listed below. A shuttle will drive you back to the airport Departure Areas / or TAN shuttle (paid ticket) from the airport for a return in Nantes Train Station.

Directions: 

By Car: From the Nantes ring road N844 / E3, take exit Nantes Atlantique No 51, then arrived at the roundabout opposite the Airport, turn left onto the D85 towards St Aignan Grandlieu / Zone Fret. At the next roundabout right D85 Zone Fret, then 1st left rue de Antoine de St Exupery. The centre is located at No 10 after the roundabout.

Nice Aiport

Pick-up: Proceed to the TT Car Transit office in Terminal 2 at the gate A4, Contact the Peugeot agent with the courtesy phone at the counter. You will be given directions on how to get to the TT Car office (a short walk). If you arrive at Terminal 1, make your way to Gate/Porte A0 in Terminal 1 and take the airport shuttle to Terminal 2.

Drop-off: Return your vehicle to the TT Car Transit office located at "Gare Routiere". A Peugeot Open Europe Representative will inform you how to get to the terminal of your departure.

Directions:

By Car: Take the national route N98 (Promenade des Anglais), then follow the direction to Terminal 2.

By Bus:

  • From the Nice-Ville Station: Bus #99.
  • From the bus station: Bus #98.

Paris Roissy CDG Airport

Pick-up: When you arrive, use the toll-free number 0 800 800 775 from a public telephone. The Peugeot Open Europe Representative will take your call and will pick you up in a TT Car Transit courtesy shuttle bus.

Drop-off: Once you return your vehicle to the TT Car Transit office, you will be returned to your departures terminal in a TT Car Transit courtesy shuttle bus.

Directions:

By Car: From Paris Porte de la Chapelle, take the A1 highway towards Lille, Charles de Gaulle. Take the Charles de Gaulle, Senlis Exit (green sign). Follow the signs to Charles de Gaulle. Follow the signs to Terminal Roissypole. Follow the signs to Terminal 3 Parking Px. Take the exit on the left and follow the signs to Terminal 3 Parking Px. Go through the first tunnel (fairly short) and move into the right-hand lane. Be careful of vehicles moving in from the right. After exiting the tunnel, stay in the right-hand lane and take the first exit, following signs to Parking Px. DO NOT take the new tunnel. At the top of the sliproad, go straight on through the two roundabouts. After the first two roundabouts, go round the third roundabout and take the exit in front, following the sign for TT CAR. At the next roundabout, turn right (Second Exit) and follow the signs for TT CAR/TAXIS. After the last roundabout, you need to take the middle lane on the left of the central barrier as the road is two-way, with the right-hand lane being exclusive for taxis. Markings on the road for TT CAR will guide you. Follow the concrete wall, staying in the lane marked TT CAR and turn left at the Peugeot sign. Enter through the gate on the right, and you've arrived. Reception parking is on the right under the verandas.

By Train: From Châtelet-les-Halles: RER line B to the Aéroport CDG 1 station, then shuttle.

By Bus:

  • From Paris, porte Maillot: Air France bus.
  • From Paris, place de l’Opéra: Roissybus.

Paris Orly Airport

Pick-up: When you arrive, use the toll-free number 0 800 101 261 from a public telephone. The Peugeot Open Europe Representative will take your call and will pick you up in a TT Car Transit courtesy shuttle bus.

Drop-off: Once you return your vehicle to the TT Car Transit office, you will be returned to your departures terminal in a TT Car Transit courtesy shuttle bus.

Directions:

By Car: From Paris Porte d’Orléans: highway A 6 or Paris and Province by highway A86 or National road N7, follow Aérogare (terminal) Orly Sud. Then follow “Toutes directions” (all other routes). Then follow signs to Paris A6/A86. Take the 1st exit ORLYTECH/ORLY OUEST/ORLY SUD. Follow signs to Aérogares and Vehicules TT. At the stop sign, cross the intersection towards Véhicules TT. Be careful, it is a dangerous intersection. The TT Car Transit center is 50m ahead on the left-hand side.

By Train: From Châtelet-les-Halles: RER line B to Antony, and Orlyval direct to Orly Sud.

By Bus:

  • From Paris place des Invalides: Bus Air France.
  • From Paris place Denfert-Rochereau: Orlybus.
  • From Paris porte de Choisy: Bus #183.

Paris City (Porte de St-Cloud)

Pick-up/Drop-off: You can pick up your Peugeot car only 3 minutes walking from the Porte de Saint-Cloud Metro station. The location is a TT CAR Transit office, located at 2 Avenue de la Porte de Saint-Cloud. Entrance through the TOTAL Station-Service

Pau Airport

Pick-up: Upon arrival, meet in the Arrivals hall of Pau Airport. A Peugeot Open Europe Representative will be waiting for you with a Peugeot Open Europe sign.

Drop-off: The information, procedures and formalities required will be provided by telephone when you make the appointment 4 working days in advance.

Directions:

By Car: Nationale N134 (direction Aire-sur-l’Adour), national route N134 (towards Aire-sur-l’Adour), then departemental route D716 (towards Airport).

Toulouse Airport

Pick-up: As soon as you arrive, contact Blanc Transport Vehicles (BTV) by phone, using the toll-free number from a public phone available in the customs area and in the airport terminal (in front of the information desk) or 05 34 51 33 56 from your mobile phone. The Peugeot Open Europe Representative will take your call and will pick you up in the Peugeot Open Europe shuttle bus in front of Exit D1 of Terminal D.

Drop-off: Return your vehicle to the address listed below. A Peugeot Open Europe shuttle will take you to the airport.

Directions:

By Car: From Toulouse, take highway A621 and then departmental road D902 towards the Airport, then follow the parking P5 or aviation civile (civil aviation) signs. The Blanc Transport Véhicules centre (BTV) is located after the 3rd roundabout, on the left (opposite Hertz).
