• What facilities do you require? Not all apartments will have access to a lift, air conditioning or a dishwasher - if these are essential
• to you, make sure you request an apartment that has the facilities you need.
• How will you be getting around? Make sure you are close to the main sights you wish to visit, or to a Metro station.
• What kind of experience are you looking for? Each arrondisement has a different "feel" so let us know whether you are interested
• in culture, history, nightlife etc when you enquire.

How does it work?

• Minimum stay of 5 nights applies for all apartments.
• We provide details of the transfer partner for ease of key collection.
• If you arrive between 8am and 8pm, you will be met by a greeter who will provide you with keys and access code for the building, explain the amenities of the apartment (oven, internet etc), answer your questions about the apartment and neighbourhood and sign the lease document and the credit card authorisation for the security deposit.
• If you arrive outside of these hours, we will arrange a transfer for you directly to the apartment and the driver will provide you with your keys and access code. You will be given an appointment time for a greeter to come the next day for the rest of the formalities.
• Check-in time is at 2pm and check-out is at 10am.
• Prices include: rent, bills (water, gas and electricity), cleaning on check-out, linen and towels, baby cot (on request), local phone calls, internet (if a connection is available in the apartment).
