Somme Battlefields and Normandy landing beaches

4 night tour (Indication of itinerary only)

Day 1

Pick up at Amiens Station at 1.30pm. Half day tour - Somme, Albert and Pozieres.
Accommodation in local hotel in Peronne.

Day 2

Breakfast. Full day tour - Villers Bretonneux and Australian Memorial (photo on right), Le Hamel and Bullecourt. Accommodation in local hotel in Peronne.

Day 3

Breakfast. Depart for Normandy, Pegasus Bridge and Sword Beach.
Accommodation in local B&B.

Day 4

Breakfast. Full Day Tour in Normandy to visit sector of Omaha Beach, the American Cemetery, Point du Hoc and Sainte Mere Eglise.
Accommodation in local B&B.

Day 5

Breakfast. Visit Longues Battery (German gun emplacements) and Arromanches (British floating harbour) museum is optional. Arrive Bayeux at 1pm where the tour ends. Time to visit the Bayeux Tapestry at your leisure.
