Day 1: Contemporary and fantastic

v Ecole du Bordeaux Pauillac: introduction to the great Bordeaux wines, appellations and classification

v Lunch at a local restaurant, le Café Lavinal, situated in the hamlet of Bages

v Visit and tasting in 2 chateaux in the Medoc

v Dinner in a typical Medoc restaurant

Day 2: Saint-Emilion Medieval Architecture

v Guided visit of the village of Saint-Emilion

v Lunch in a local wine bar

v 2 cellar visits and tastings in Pomerol or
Saint-Emilion

v Dinner at Cordeillan-Bages.

Day 3: Bordeaux and the 18th century

v Guided visit of historical Bordeaux center, its monuments and 18th century facades

Day 4: Contemporary Medoc
