Green for the Poitevin Marais inter-regional park and the three regional natural parks in Brière, the largest marsh in France after the Camargue, in Normandie - Maine, known for its cider producing orchards, and in Loire - Anjou - Touraine, where part of the Loire river is registered by the Unesco world heritage. 

Blue for its 400kms of waterways, which offer the largest navigation domain in France and also 450kms of coast which will delight sailing fans. The La Baule bay, with its 9kms of fine sand beaches, casino, sports facilities and thalasso-therapy centres attracts leisure lovers as well as experienced sports lovers.
