Paris West (in Rueil-Malmaison) - open Mon to Sat 9am to 11am & 2pm to 5pm
Paris South (in Bretigny sur Orge) - open Mon to Sat 9am to 11am & 2pm to 5pm
Nice - open Mon to Fri 9am to 11am & 2pm to 5pm, Sat 9am to 11am & 3pm to 5pm
Marseille - open Mon 2pm to 5pm, Tue to Fri 9am to 11am & 2pm to 5pm, Sat 9am to 11am
Toulouse - open Mon 2pm to 5pm, Tue to Sat 9am to 11am & 2pm to 5pm
Lyon - new depot for 2010, opening hours to be advised
Rennes - open Mon-Fri 9am to 11am & 2pm to 5pm, Sat 9am to 11am
Corsica - open Mon to Sat 9am to 11.30pm & 2pm to 5pm

The rates include:
VAT tax; comprehensive insurance (public liability - protects for 760,00 euros damage in case of fire or explosion, unlimited cover in case of accident & basic coverage - vehicle insured against damages from accident, fire, theft, vandalism and third party claim, subject to a 2,000 euros excess clause); guaranteed vehicle not older than 2 model years (2008 or 2009 models); unlimited mileage; vehicle kit (water hose, jerrycan, electric cord, broom &dustpan, clothes hangers); cooking utensils; tourist information (road maps, list of campgrounds, map of service areas); regional itinerary suggestions; outdoor cleaning after return.

The rates do not include:
Handling preparation fee (approx AUD$180) includes first bottle of propane and first bottle of toilet chemicals;
fuel; oil; refuelling charges; one way fees if applicable.

Optional extras:
● Child hardness and baby seat, must be pre-requested at time of booking: 3.5 euros per day (maximum charge is 75 euros).
● Portable GPS: 10 euros per day (Paris West - Rueil Malmaison Only). An additional security deposit of 400 euros is requested.
● Folding picnic table: 3.5 euros per day (maximum charge is 75 euros).
● Bike rack (can hold up to 3 adult bikes): 3.5 euros per day (maximum charge is 75 euros).
● Bedding kit: 30 euros per person (1 kit = 2 sheets, 1 pillow, 1 pillow case, 1 blanket). No towels provided.
● Personal Accident Insurance & 24 hours breakdown insurance: 6 euros per day (conditions apply)
● CDW insurance = 15 euros per day (minimum charge is 105 euros) - optional insurance is recommended to reduce the renter's responsibility under the basic cover insurance from 2,200 euros to 300 euros per occurrence in the event of loss or damage while on rent.
 

DEPARTURE FORMALITIES : Allow approximately one hour for departure formalities
Normal pick-up time is between 09:00 to 11:00 and between 14:00 to 17:00.
Depots are closed for lunch
NO DEPARTURE AFTER 17:00.
There is no refund if vehicle is picked up later than scheduled time.
Upon his arrival, the client should expect to :
- Show a valid driving license (domestic or international)
- Leave a security deposit (2,000 €) – credit card imprint VISA, MASTERCARD or AMEX not processed.
This is to ensure vehicle is returned on time, complete with all equipment and in undamaged condition.
- Watch a 10 minute video “How to operate your motorhome” (French or English).
A bilingual “Operator Manual” is given to our clients. The vehicle is then inspected by AVIS CAR-AWAY
and the renter who is asked to sign a “Departure contract”. The rental is thus open.
We provide free storage for luggage or other valuables (plane tickets…). Not for One-Way rentals.
 

RETURN FORMALITIES :
Normal Return time is between 09:00 to 12:00 and between 14:00 to 17:00.
Depots are closed for lunch.
NO RETURN AFTER 17:00.
Penalties are charged for late returns without prior authorisation.
There is no refund if rental is terminated by client before scheduled time.
- Toilet must be clean and empty
- Waste water tank must be drained
- Interior of motorhome must be clean (especially refrigerator, stove and shower)
INDOOR CLEANING CHARGES (100 €) MAY APPLY IF VEHICLE IS RETURNED NOT CLEAN.
- Diesel tank must be full (as it was on departure)
The security deposit is returned provided that the motorhome is undamaged and clean.
The vehicle is inspected by AVIS CAR-AWAY and the renter who is asked to sign a “Return contract”. The
rental is thus closed.

MAINTENANCE AND USE RESPONSIBILITY :
Client is responsible for routine maintenance while traveling (coolant, oil, tire pressure) as well as reporting
mechanical failure immediately. Clients may be held responsible for mechanical damage due to negligence
on operation and/or in performing normal maintenance.

SUBSTITUTION :
If, for any reason beyond our control, the reserved vehicle is not available, we reserve the right to
substitute a model of similar or higher rated vehicle.
 

RESTRICTIONS :
Travel to North Africa and to some East Europe countries is not permitted.
