decorated with marble and limestone has a large bath
tub, shower and toilet. The
bathrooms are fitted with superior fittings and feature extensive use of
marble and limestone. There is also a separate guest toilet with a
small hand basin.
The dream kitchen is fully equipped
with ultra modern appliances, including ceramic cook top, microwave/oven,
washing machine/dryer, and dishwasher (all by Miele)
fridge-freezer and a huge granite bench top. It is a fabulous space to
prepare your meals with the local produce purchased at the nearby market
and food shops. There is a very large Monoprix store right across the
street with a huge food, deli and wine shop.
In the living area there is a
leather queen sized sofa bed. It is a luxury Italian design and extremely
comfortable and will accommodate 2 additional persons. There are two huge leather arm chairs,
flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo
unit, spare DVDs and CDs, a small library. Also a stylish timber and glass
dining setting for 6.
This apartment features plenty of

It is fully air conditioned with
three independent zones which can be controlled individually.
