The
Montpellier Antigone Apartments are in the heart of Antigone, the urban district
renovated by architect Ricardo Bofill, opposite the town hall,
now known as 'The Polygon'. Montpellier is also famous for its
historic quarter around St Anne’s Church, for the Place de la Comédie (opera, cinemas, restaurants), the Musée Fabre (sumptuous
collections of 19th-century painting), the botanical garden and for its beaches only a ten-minute
drive away.
Absolute musts: the Follies,
those delightful, 18th-century country homes on the outskirts
of Montpellier. |
